Defintion of catalogue

More than one design can be found in a catalogue. Consider creating a saree catalogue in which each saree has at least two different designs or colours.

To increase your chances of getting an order, it is recommended that you create a catalogue with 3 to 4 products.. In the first few days as a Meesho supplier, we recommend uploading at least 5-7 catalogues.

Suppliers are expected to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them under the Next-Day Dispatch programme (NDD). All catalogues that qualify for the NDD programme will have increased visibility as a result of the program’s emphasis on faster dispatch.

NDD-tagged catalogues on the platform attract an additional 13% of potential customers each time they are entered into the programme.

Payments to Meesho Sellers and Suppliers for the orders

Payment for your sales, including Cash on Delivery orders, is securely deposited into your bank account on the 15th day following order delivery.

Meesho Supplier Panel allows you to see your deposited balance, as well as upcoming payments and other details.

The reseller will receive their margin in 1-2 days if payment is made online. Payment to the reseller will be made within 1-2 days and credited to his or her account.

Delivery and Returns Assistance

Meesho takes care of the entire delivery process. Once the items have been picked up, they will be delivered to the end customer in the reseller’s name after they have been returned to the seller. How do you get customers?

Just send your customers a link to your website or product via WhatsApp, Facebook Marketplace, etc. to get orders. The website or even the PopShop app can be used to place an order for your product.

How do I know how much I’ll be charged?

PopShop’s delivery fee is subtracted from the sale price to arrive at your final total payment.

PopShop’s Shipping Rate Card is used to calculate the delivery fee for your order. Please go to the ‘Account’ tab in the app and select ‘PopShop Shipping Charges’ to see the rate card.

When will I be reimbursed?

Payment is made within 2-3 working days of the date of dispatch for pre-paid orders.

Payment is made within 5-6 working days of the delivery date for Cash on Delivery orders.

For timely payments, make sure to enter your bank account information into the app. Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays, are the company’s regular business hours.

I want to know what the return process entails

Returned items will be flagged for you in the PopShop app when you have enabled “Returns” for your product. Please be aware that the return will only be accepted once you accept the return on the app. Your order will be picked up and delivered by our delivery partner if you accept.

Following receipt of a product back from the customer, you should immediately deposit money into the customer’s account. You will be responsible for the return shipping if your product does not use PopShop shipping.

How should the product be packed and shipped?

The product will be packaged and shipped in the same manner as any other e-commerce purchase. There are no exceptions when it comes to prohibited items.

Is there a way to cancel a pick-up order?

Orders will be automatically converted to “Self Shipping” if an item is deemed unsuitable for “PopShop Shipping.” ‘Self Shipping’ mode will be implemented for order management and payment.
